My husband and I live in Washington and have planned most of our wedding long distance. As the months were getting closer to the big day, it started to become overwhelming to plan the logistics and the little details from a far. So, we started looking for planners that would fit our needs. I started researching for planners and remembered my cousin, Aileen who had a coordinator for her June 2022 wedding. A few days have passed after my initial thought, and I saw my cousin Aileen tagged one of her wedding photos with A Hundred Hearts tagged in it. I thought that was so wild that it came up to my feed when I just thought about it days prior. So, I started looking on A Hundreds Hearts services.
With many hours of research and inquires, Linnie’s services were exactly what we were looking for. Linnie was very professional and detailed oriented right from the start which provided us reassurance that our last bit of the planning will be in good hands. As I was planning, I had a lot of visual mockups and ideas, and Linnie knew and understood my perspective. I appreciated her professional feedback as she has many years behind her in this field. Her online wedding planner saved us from so many Google Docs and spreadsheets! All the logistics, budget, guest list, timeline, to the floor plan of the venue was all in one platform. That service made it easier for us to communicate with her and her input of the day of.
The day of the wedding, I knew that Linnie was going to do a good job that I didn’t have to think or worry about the reception, at all. From our initial meeting in November to the day of the wedding, I had full trust that we were going to be taken care of. The communication of Linnie was beyond my expectation, and I can tell she really takes pride in ensuring that everything on the day of the wedding will be perfect. And it was! Our wedding flow, design and the work with the numerous vendors was spot on and seamlessly incredible.

Importantly, she made sure we had a small break to eat a bit of the hors d’oeuvres, have something to drink and use the bathroom before the reception grand entrance. And during dinner she made sure we got to eat most of our food because we all know how busy the celebration can be and not being able to eat all day! Very much appreciated! Add in the fact that my husband wanted to get married at his alma mater and the school had hosted ceremonies but never receptions. She was incredibly flexible with our very unique touches to the wedding including having automatic recordings in place of a DJ, having a paper mobile for guests to find their seat instead of a poster. She was incredibly organized – making sure everyone in the family knew where they had to be and at what time. She was also so thoughtful and made a last minute beautiful arrangement on our sweetheart table after our Dr & Dr signs fell down. We also had several obstacles that she very gracefully dealt with – helping guests find their seat, re-arranging our timeline when food couldn’t be served right away because we lost power for a time, making sure we got certain pictures that we had before our photographers and videographers left for the night. She was also so sweet and kind to not just us but our entire family, which we really appreciated. As a cute touch, she even went the extra mile and painted her nails the colors of the wedding!

“We used Linnie for our wedding on 10/5/19 with ~150 guests. We booked her maybe 11 months beforehand with a partial planning package. We had monthly meetings and she connected us to vendors when we needed recommendations. I’m super type A and detail-oriented so I did a lot of the little things leading up to the wedding, but it was so helpful to have her coordinate with all the vendors in the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding and deal with any issues/changes. We had originally planned on hiring a month-of coordinator in an effort to save cost; however, about 3 months into the planning both of us were out of our minds with stress. “I remember when we first met with Linnie about a year out from our wedding day. We weren’t completely sure what we were looking for, but we knew we needed a day-of coordinator to help us execute our wedding day plans. Coupled with her bubbly personality and her love of Game of Thrones (which was our wedding theme!), we knew we had to have Linnie as our coordinator.
Fast forward to our wedding day – Linnie and her assistant were simply amazing. Both of our venues (church and reception) were beautifully set up exactly how we wanted them, and they handled any hiccups without us having to stress at all. What separates Linnie from other wedding planners is her ability to personally connect with you outside of all the wedding craziness. When I first met Linnie, the first thing I noticed on her laptop was her *Nsync CD wrapper sticker (cause everyone who grew up in the 90s save that lol). This immediately gave me a sign that she was going to be great because I was a huge fan myself. When she shared that her favorite Nsync was Lance Bass, I almost died! No one ever understands why we love Lance, but we do! This was the ultimate sign that I just HAD to get her as my wedding planner.
Linnie was my day-of coordinator (09/24/16), but she never made it feel that way. Throughout the months, she always checked in on us and met with us to go over details and preparations. The day of our rehearsal happen to be 2 days before our wedding and we completely forgot to update her. She was scheduled to be in Oregon, but she changed her flight back home to make it on time to our rehearsal. It means so much that she prioritized us.
On the day of the wedding, I had already given the dj my list of songs, but since Linnie was so good with learning about our likes, she was able to slip in a list of 90s pop (YES NSYNC) during our dance time and I am so happy she did. If she hadn’t done that, I would’ve missed out on the extra fun.

“A Hundred Hearts is nothing short of perfect. Our wedding planner, Linnie, really went above and beyond everything we had asked for and more! My sister got married in April and it was one of the most beautiful and SMOOTHEST wedding experiences I’ve ever been apart of. My sister is very Type A, so it’s hard to believe she trusted someone enough to do the planning, that’s how much we loved her! Linnie is detail oriented, accommodating, attentive and could tell what my sister wanted before she even knew herself. Communication was very flexible and easy. They would meet in person as my sister’s work schedule would permit, but since I was the out of town maid of honor, we often had online chat sessions as well, as often as every two weeks. The wedding day coordination was exceptional. My sister was as stress-free as a bride could be on her wedding day. The ceremony went flawlessly and the reception venue looked out of this world AMAZING! Linnie was there before everything was set up and long after the reception to break everything down.
